Shipping Policy

Where we ship: United States only (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories).

Shipping cost:
- Free standard shipping on all orders
- Expedited shipping options available at checkout

Processing time:
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days.

Delivery time:
Standard shipping: 8-14 business days from dispatch
Expedited shipping: 5-7 business days from dispatch

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delays:
Occasionally, weather, customs, or carrier delays may extend delivery beyond estimated timeframes. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, but we monitor all shipments and will assist with tracking or replacement if a package appears lost.

Lost or missing packages:
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and your local delivery facility first. If still missing after 3 business days, email support@aevorsupps.shop and we'll help resolve.

Subscription orders:
Subscription orders are processed and shipped on the same schedule as one-time orders. Your subscription shipping cadence begins from the 1st of every month.
